I stopped posting to tribe.net because I couldn't, for the life of me, figure it out. And in fact I posted this is the totally wrong place initially.

But I do know many friends are out there, so I thought I'd run this up the flagpole and see what happens.

As some of you know, I've been taking a fairly intensive course in coaching - no not the soccer variety - but life coaching. I've started a practice geared towards the BDSM community.

Life coaching does involve coaching the whole person. You can't make a change in one area of your life, and not expect other areas to feel the impact.

So folks with an interest in (or an active involvement in) BDSM have few alternatives if they want to make use of the powerful and very results oriented process of coaching.

With that idea in mind, I've started Coaching by Carolyn, with the URL of www.coachingbycarolyn.com.

Coaching is very different from counseling by a shrink. Shrinks assume something is broken and try to fix it. It's sort of a -5 to 0 process. It's designed to take you from misery to absense of misery.

Coaching assumes you're not broken and just need some focus and perhaps a little creating nudging to go from 0 (or 4.9) to +5. Coaching is designed to take you from OK to FANTABULOUS.
