BDSM Tribe Pointers tribe

I just started a new tribe called BDSM Tribe Pointers specifically to provide a listing of all BDSM-related and other sexually explicit/alternative lifestyle-related tribes on Tribe.net. This is not a discussion tribe, just a listing of names and urls for other tribes.

It looks as if we're going to have to make our tribes private in order to survive the new Tribe Terms of Service and continue to operate. Private tribes do not show up on searches, so it's going to be difficult for new Tribe members to find us if they want to. Hopefully, at least this tribe will be able to remain public so that anyone looking for BDSM content will find it, and subsequently be able to find the rest of our tribes.

I stopped posting to tribe.net because I couldn't, for the life of me, figure it out. And in fact I posted this is the totally wrong place initially.

But I do know many friends are out there, so I thought I'd run this up the flagpole and see what happens.

As some of you know, I've been taking a fairly intensive course in coaching - no not the soccer variety - but life coaching. I've started a practice geared towards the BDSM community.

Life coaching does involve coaching the whole person. You can't make a change in one area of your life, and not expect other areas to feel the impact.

So folks with an interest in (or an active involvement in) BDSM have few alternatives if they want to make use of the powerful and very results oriented process of coaching.

With that idea in mind, I've started Coaching by Carolyn, with the URL of http://www.coachingbycarolyn.com.

Coaching is very different from counseling by a shrink. Shrinks assume something is broken and try to fix it. It's sort of a -5 to 0 process. It's designed to take you from misery to absense of misery.

Coaching assumes you're not broken and just need some focus and perhaps a little creating nudging to go from 0 (or 4.9) to +5. Coaching is designed to take you from OK to FANTABULOUS.

Please let any friends you may have who might be interested, know. I do coach confidentially and by phone or even IM.

A Singletail Tale

The night had been going nicely at the Lair. There were several interesting scenes going on when Ma’am Katherine arrived. She had already told me that she wasn’t planning to play that night so that I wouldn’t be disappointed at not playing. I love it so much when she desires to scene with me, but just being able to serve her, to make her comfortable is a joy by itself. I was very happy. Unknown to me, Ma’am had made some arrangements with one of our friend’s for me to be nicely whipped before the night was done.

It was getting late and things were winding down. I don’t remember how many people were left in the space when I happened to walk past a couple of Dom’s. Both of these guys are good friends of Ma’am Katherine and myself. Don Sir, who had been instrumental in organizing an amazing three way scene the previous week, stopped me for a moment. “Philip, I’m going to give you the whipping you wanted last week.” He said. “Yes Sir” I responded, excuse me while I go pee.”

After coming out of the bathroom I approached Don, and he asked me if I’d be interested in doing a single tail scene with him. This guy is one of the very best single tail Master’s I’ve seen. He had already whipped two girls this night. Two girls who were virgins to a single tail, with me he wouldn’t have to hold anything back. I was very excited because the play would be very heavy, and it had been a long time since I’ve really done an extended single tail scene. I would have to ask permission from Ma’am Katherine. Don told me that she had already said it was ok. “Yes Sir, I understand. I still need to ask her permission first.”

Ma’am was on the other side of the room. I approached her and dropped to my knees in front of her. “Yes Philip?” Ma’am, Don Sir would like to whip me with his single tails. May I?” I said. Ma’am told me that she would love to see me whipped, and she asked me if it was something I would like to do. “Yes Ma’am, very much.” I said. She gave me permission.

Don had me strip and get set up by a whipping post. Then I was sent to get a few bottles of water. I had to go outside to the kitchen to get the water, and I ran into a couple that I had met earlier that night. Her eyes opened up and I explained that I was going to get whipped. Picked up the water and returned.

I was cuffed and secured to a whipping post on the far end of the wall. Don began with a series of floggers to warm up my back. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Ma’am settle into a comfortable chair back and to my left. If I turned my head just a little I could see her. I enjoy Don’s energy immensely. If Ma’am had not been present the scene would still have been hot, but having Ma’am watch just a few feet away really put my head in some wonderful space. I was about to lashed most severely for her pleasure.

Don continued with the floggers bringing up progressively heavier and heavier leather. He finished with a buffalo hide flogger that felt like he was punching my back with his fist. My back was a low burning fire. He came up and stroked my back with his leather covered hands. He asked me how I was doing. Was I ready? I was already floating nicely. “Please Sir, may I have the single tail?” I asked. I looked to my left to see Ma’am smiling with approval. Don began by cracking a whip behind me really loudly. The crack of the whip echoed in the room. He cracked it again and again until all I could hear was the single tail. Then I felt the wind of the crack as he cracked it just fractions of an inch from my back. I don’t remember how many he did like that until suddenly he lashed my back. To my amazement I didn’t move or cry out. I knew that he had just marked me. I had felt the last six inches of the whips tail flay my skin, but it felt like a caress. He did more, striping each side of my back. Then he walked up to inspect his work. I hadn’t moved, had barely groaned.

He shifted to a longer whip. More cracking, more flicks just off the skin of my back, and then searing pain. My knees buckled slightly. I cried out. Later my friends would tell me that they could see the pain sink in. The whip would strike and half a second later I would cry out. I regained control. I had to focus. “Don’t move” he needs a steady target, if you move he’ll miss and it’ll hurt. Give him a place to throw his whip. Give him the pleasure of feeling his lash bite into my flesh.

The whipping continued, and I didn’t move… often. Sir Don was taking me deeper, he was plumbing the very depths of my ability. He struck a blow that collapsed my knees slightly, and my left leg began to spasm and shake uncontrollably. I took a moment, but I was able to stop it. To relax and wait for the next lash. He stepped up, and he told me we were almost finished. “Ten more lashes, I want you to count them out. Can you do that Philip?” I managed to reply. “Yes sir.” He stepped back and cracked the whip in the air. Then there were a couple of flicks near my back, and then he struck. “ One Sir!” I managed in a strong loud voice. Ma’am Katherine was watching and listening. “Two Sir!” The lashes continued quickly, deeply, evenly spaced lashes. My back was tense. I barely had time to relax before the next lash. He wasn’t waiting, “Three Sir!” He was giving his lashes strongly. Somewhere around six or seven my legs began shaking as I called out the stroke. I may have been sweating. I called out the final stroke, “Ten Sir!” and the lashes stopped.

My legs were shaking uncontrollably. My feet were planted firmly on the ground and my arms were up, cuffed to the post. I managed to hold my posture. One of the girls, Doris, came up to stroke my arms. Don placed his gloved hand on my back and whispered in my ear that I had done a good job. Ma’am came up and kissed me. She told me that I was a good boy. She asked me if I was cold. She could feel my body shaking, shivering. I could see her eyes, warm, pleased, proud. I had done a good job. Ma’am was pleased with me. Don had taken pleasure from me. I drank some water. Eventually my legs stopped shaking. Don dressed my back with alcohol. It stung. He covered the worst of the lashes with band aids. He un-cuffed my wrists and I floated down to rest in a soft cloud. I was well done.

Howdy

Nice to see you folks. I stuck around HSX, largely because Howard carried me as the SL of NewsBreak, right up to the end. I just about turned out the lights on 11/30.

Nostalgically, it was a shame. The forum was a big thing to many people, myself included. 12b was a major element of that. For a long time it truly deserved that TWP nickname. It was sad to see it end, but it actually ended long ago; it just didn't disappear.

I've lost touch with some of you over the years; it is very nice to see you again. Just got back from the Boston Fetish FleaMarket where Lawrence dropped by my table and got reacquainted. Thanks for following up, Lawrence.

Stay Warm-

My friends-

Chirstmas eve, 1995, was one of the lowest points in my life, and I spent it in the chat room at HSX with Kisa and Brenda, who were also alone and feeling blue.

I was one of those epic, rambling chats, that is almost as good as a face to face, with three people trusting strangers as they wouln't or couldn't trust friends, and at one point we all agreed that the most important thing was that we stayed warm, kept our hearts working, and didn't shut off inside.

I wrote this peom that night- it's the best thing I have ever written:

HSX Closing

Well, I guess it had to happen sooner or later, the way things have been going around CIS for the past few years, but HSX is being shut down as of November 30th. I haven't been active there for quite some time, but since it was the place where my eyes were first opened to all of this, and where I met some of the greatest people on earth, I still think it's a bit sad. I'm sure it will seem like even more the an end of an era to some of you.
